Running Update

I used Vox as a way to keep track of my running schedule when my sister was out of town. Apparently, my “reward” for keeping up with my running workouts was a one of those “Nike+” sensors, that, you guessed it, tracks how much running you do. I’ve got a couple runs in it now, but I’m not really sure how to share the results, if they’re available as an RSS feed, etc…I did find a Wordpress plugin so I’ll be able to put it on kivus.com, probably kivus.info, but I’m not sure about Vox…
